Question 1

Which exams does Civil Prashna cover?

Accepted Answer

The question bank is organised for GATE Civil, ESE/IES, SSC JE, RRB JE, and MPSC-style technical papers. Topics follow standard civil engineering syllabi across structural, geotechnical, fluid, environmental, and transportation subjects.

Question 2

Can I practise for free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Create a free account to browse trial topics, attempt sample questions, and explore the library layout. Premium unlocks the full catalog, mock tests, forum posting, cloud progress sync, and offline downloads.

Question 3

What is the difference between Free and Premium?

Accepted Answer

Free covers trial topics so you can judge the format and explanations. Premium unlocks the full MCQ library, unlimited mock tests, peer forum posting, cloud sync across devices, offline downloads on supported platforms, and AI-assisted breakdowns on tough questions.

Question 4

Do questions include explanations?

Accepted Answer

Every MCQ includes a worked explanation. Premium subscribers can also request AI-assisted breakdowns for tricky numericals and theory questions while revising.

Question 5

How do mock tests work?

Accepted Answer

Build timed tests by subject or mixed syllabus, with optional negative marking patterns similar to GATE. Review accuracy, revisit wrong answers, and track streaks from your dashboard.

Question 6

Is offline practice available?

Accepted Answer

Premium users can download the library for offline study on supported devices. Progress syncs when you reconnect, so mobile revision stays consistent with the web app.

Question 7

How does pricing work? Is there autopay?

Accepted Answer

Premium is sold as one-time payments for fixed durations (for example 1, 2, 3, 6, or 12 months). There is no recurring autopay — when a period ends, you renew only if you want to continue.

Question 8

What is the refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Refund terms follow what is shown at checkout and applicable consumer rules. For billing disputes, contact us on Telegram with your payment reference, or use the in-app help options after signing in.

Question 9

Is there a mobile app?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Civil Prashna is available as a web app and on supported mobile builds. Progress and Premium access sync when you are signed in with the same account.

Question 10

How do I delete my account?

Accepted Answer

Request account deletion through the in-app More section or by messaging us on Telegram. Local offline data on your device can be cleared from app settings or by uninstalling the mobile app.

Question 11

Where can I get help or updates?

Accepted Answer

Join the Civil Prashna Telegram channel for updates, or use the in-app peer forum after signing in to discuss doubts with other aspirants.
